Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to their nature:

  • Accessories: Items such as grill mats, heat plates, and ignitors are non-returnable once opened or used.
  • Customized Products: Any products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal and may take additional time to appear in your account.
