- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note the following exceptions:
- Accessories: Items such as grill mats, heat plates, and ignitors are non-returnable once opened or used.
- Customized Products: Any products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal and may take additional time to appear in your account.
